Flexibility is the name of the game.  While many other challenges restrict you to a certain class time on certain days each week, we offer you access to ANY  of our over 30 regularly scheduled classes each week.   Whether it's 5:00am or 7:30pm, strength training or spin class, find what fits your schedule and get your sweat on!


Structured Guidance

You don't want to just go through the motions, you want to make sure you're doing things correctly so you reduce the risk of injury to yourself and make the most progress possible.  Our expert instructors are here to help.  With many holding degrees in exercise science and multiple certification levels from strength and conditioning to sports nutrition you will receive the direction and guidance you need to succeed.


Whether it's your mind getting bored and causing you to dread those workouts or it's your body getting used to the routines and interfering with your progress, not having variety is the killer of seeing results.  Here at The Forge we offer over 7 styles of classes each focusing on a different objective from strength training, to core work, to calorie burning.  Not feeling a bootcamp class today, no problem, switch it up and take a spin class instead.  And with workouts changing every single day you're never doing the same routines, ensuring muscle confusion to maximize success.


Your workout routine is great, but what you do in the kitchen is the difference maker.  You will receive tried and true nutritional advice and guidance that does NOT require you to starve yourself to see results but instead focuses on a balanced whole foods diet that is sustainable.  Every participant will receive a sample meal plan with many delicious healthy recipes such as Tomato Basil Meatloaf, Thai Chicken Meatballs, Turkey Gumbo, and more.  Also, our resident Sports Nutrition Specialists will be only an email away to answer any and all questions you have regarding your nutrition.

Results Driven

It's great to say "my goal is to lose weight" but are you breaking that down to measure-able goals?  Are you monitoring progress?  In our Transform program you will be required to weigh-in, have measurements taken, and before photos.  After we have this information we will talk to you about goal setting for your 8 weeks and track your progress along with your teammates on our Challenge Board, ensuring you remain accountable to not only yourself but your team working hard beside you.  At the end of the challenge you will again weigh-in, take measurements, and perform after photos to not only feel the results, but see them as well.


We are so sure that you will love the results you're seeing and want to continue with the rest of our Forge family that we offering all of the above for 8 weeks absolutely FREE given you are willing to put in the hard work.  Upon starting the program everyone will put down a $199 deposit.  Think it of it as your incentive for putting in that hard work each day.  Your goal for the challenge is to lose 10% of your body weight in that 8-weeks.  That means if you weigh 150lbs you must lose 15lbs, if you weigh 220lbs you must lose 22lbs.  You stick to our program of workouts and nutrition and this shouldn't be a problem.  At the end of those 8 weeks if you have reached your goal you get your deposit back, simple as that.  8 weeks of unlimited classes, expert guidance, nutritional help, and fun energizing sweaty sessions with a supportive community will be absolutely free whether you decide to continue with us or not! Q: Is this program right for me?

A: Are you someone who needs to lose AT LEAST 20lbs?  Are you SERIOUS about making the changes required to see results?  Are you medically cleared to workout?  Are you willing to stick to a balanced healthy diet that will NOT starve you? If your answer to the above questions is yes then this program is definitely for you.

Q: Is 10% of my weight in 8 weeks possible?  

A: YES!  Will it be easy?  No.  But if you're willing to put in the work and attend at least 3 classes each week and stick to our sports nutrition specialists advice you WILL see the results

Q: What if I have never worked out before?

A: No problem!  We have all fitness levels in our classes.  You are encouraged to pace yourself and take breaks whenever you need to.  There is no pressure to perform and many of the workouts intensity is controlled by YOU!  Your coach will be there guiding you and our heart rate system will help you SEE your exertion level throughout the class to help ensure you push yourself to an appropriate level

Q:  Is it really FREE?  This seems to good to be true!

A: YES!  If you're willing to put in the work and stick to our program you will see those results and reach your 10% goal  .  At the end of those 8 weeks if you have reached your goal of losing 10% of your bodyweight you will receive ALL of your $199 deposit back  , allowing you to continue with us or continue on your journey elsewhere being 10% lighter!!

Q:  What if I don't reach my goal?  

A: If you are really serious about losing weight and stick to our plan this won't happen.  However, if you cut corners or don't put in the work and find yourself under your goal at the end of the 8 weeks then you STILL received 2 months of our premium Unlimited Membership AND a nutritional guidance plan for about 20% OFF our usual price!





All classes are limited in size to ensure an appropriate instructor to member ratio for guidance and injury prevention.  Because of this you MUST register prior to the class to reserve your spot in either our member web portal OR our iOS/Android App.

The Forge is not responsible for medical conditions, prescription medications, or destructive mental or physical conditions that cause weight retention or inhibit weight loss to any degree.

Individual effort levels vary as well as maximum heart rates.  You must have no prior heart conditions.  If your medical professional has informed you that you have a low or high resting heart rate please let us know prior to your first class.  Heart rate zones are "recommendations" and you should always pay attention to your own perceived exertion level above all else.
