Specializes in strength and conditioning as well as athletic performance training and coaching for athletes and competitors.  Also, has extensive knowledge and experience working with individuals who have musculoskeletal injuries and those with controlled diseases such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, osteoperosis, COPD, Parkinson's disease, and many more.

Rachelle K.

​Rachelle has been practicing and studying Yoga for many years.  It made a great and positive impact on her life.  So much that she wanted to share it with others and become a certified instructor.  Her version of yoga focuses on taking care of your mind, body and spirit.  Her style is a balanced mix of stretching, breathing, fitness, and concentrates on physical health and mental well-being.

Kacie H.

Kacie has had a passion for health and wellness for many years and enjoys expanding her knowledge in anything health, fitness, and/or nutrition related. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and has 4 years of combined coaching experience in gymnastics and dance, where she has choreographed, taught fundamental movement, assisted in skill progression, and heavily focused on teaching proper form, technique, and body awareness. Her favorite part of coaching is providing support and motivation to individuals who are ready and eager to grow, and push themselves to the next level on their health journey. She believes fitness should be fun and aims to make her workouts challenging, rewarding, and tailorable to each individual’s goals and abilities. .
