REVOLUTIONARY GROUP TRAINING

LIFT
TYPE: Strength Training
DURATION: 45 minutes
DESCRIPTION: Divided up into Upper and Lower Body days, LIFT focuses on building, toning, and revealing the muscle on our bodies through functional compound and isolated movements with dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight.  Each LIFT programming set lasts for 6-8 weeks where exercises are repeated to focus on mastery and form.  Weights used each week are tracked to ensure progression and improvement.  This class utilizes 5 stations and a slower paced than HIIT class making it a good introduction to our faster paced HIIT class.
