TYPE: High Intensity Interval Training
DURATION: 45 minutes
DESCRIPTION: Packed full of core chiseling, muscle fatiguing, fat melting, rope slamming, kettlebell swinging, box jumping, calorie burning fun.  This class is our functional bootcamp style total body workout that utilizes any and all of our studio equipment from spin bikes to rowing machines, slam balls to plyo boxes, dumbbells to kettlebells, and more!  This class follows an ever-changing weekly programming schedule released on our social media account every Sunday so you can find the classes that best pinpoint your goals!  NOTE: If you are new to exercise we recommend trying one of our other classes prior to HIIT.
